Yamaha LC9 Hi-Hat Clutch Overview
The LC9 hi-hat clutch got adapted to the HHS9D, allowing clutch nut attachment with a simple twist.

While the use of harder felt leads directly to significant sound improvement, the double lock nuts actively prevent unintended loosening during a performance.
- SHAFT PROTECT PLATE: This plate prevents scratching the hi-hat shaft with the wing bolt.
- DOUBLE LOCK NUT: This trustworthy structure holds top cymbal and does not loosen.
- HARD FELT: New felt is more durable, hard and solid. Besides improvement of durability, it creates more crisp hi-hat sounds.
- TWIST TO SET CLUTCH NUT: Easy and quick system to set hi-hat cymbal. Just twist to lock or remove.
