Adam T10S Powered Subwoofer

ADAM Audio announces the T10S, a powerful yet compact active 10″ subwoofer. Equipped with a 130-watt Class D amplifier, the T10S’ frequency response of 32 Hz to 120 Hz is tailored to extend the bass response of ADAM’s successful T Series studio monitor speakers. An internal adjustable two-channel crossover allows calibration of the bass signal and provides optimal performance of the total system.

Brilliant piece of kit, bought it as a replacement for my old sub that died. Just the right amount of oomph to add to my Yamaha HS7's; standby feature is useful, albeit a bit annoying at times as you have to wait 2-3 seconds for it to power up when it "hears" a signal coming through. Has a footswitch pedal jack at the back so it can be bypassed on demand. Fantastic design, bottom firing woofer and a back bass reflex port that is nice and wide and completely inaudible when operating. The quality of the sound is also superior, my whole setup sounds so far better with the clear, smooth and balanced bass and the lack of strain on the stereo monitors which focus more on the mids and highs. Definitely a good price for what you get, from a reputable manufacturer. Would definitely recommend; also comes with 5 year warranty so that is a good indication of how robust this is expected to be. Time will tell!
