Gretsch is a leader in producing unique, classically styled hollow body and semi-hollow body basses and the G5123B Electromatic is no exception. It possesses some classic Gretsch trademarks like the bright orange finish, arched laminated maple top, singe cutaway body and the two TV Jones ThunderTron® pickups for that boomy bottom end Gretsch does so well.Other features include 32" scale length, laminated maple body, 3-piece maple neck, Derlin nut, rosewood based Adjustomatic® 4-Saddle bridge, chrome-plated hardware, Master Volume, Master Tone, Neck Volume and Bridge Volume controls with Gretsch "G-Arrow" style knurled knobs) and a pickup selector switch. Some additional unique features include the neo classic "Thumbnail" inlay position markers, black headstock overlay, white pearloid Gretsch-¬ and Electromatic® headstock inlays, bound rosewood fingerboard, bound maple top and back, knurled strap retainer knobs and an adjustable truss rod.
