Jackson USA Custom Shop SL2HT Soloist FMT (Sunset Orange) Overview
An awesome one-off custom build Jackson! The Soloist is the classic Super Str*t and this one has some great tweaks. First up is the Sunset Orange urethane finish which works great with the flame top and gold hardware- this is one stand out guitar! As you'd imagine the sustain is great with the thru-neck and fixed bridge with the strings strung through the body. The Pearly Gates pickups are based on original '59 PAFs but with more output. The alnico 2 bar magnet keeps the high end sounding airy but focused, and the midrange emphasis gives it a unique sizzle. Custom EVH low friction volume pot & EVH high friction tone pot are also fitted. The Maple neck has a slick Ebony fingerboard with extra-durable stainless steel Jumbo frets and a classy single Sharkfin mother of pearl inlay at the 12th fret. A bone nut and Schaller tuners are on the headstock along with a reduced size mother of pearl Jackson logo. Stand out from the crowd!
