Launched in 1985, Paul Reed Smith has built a reputation for building some of the finest instruments in the world. Using only the finest materials coupled with meticulous craftsmanship and cutting-edge design, PRS Electric Guitars, Electro-Acoustic Guitars and Amplifiers are the instrument of choice for recording artists such as Carlos Santana, John Mayer, Mark Tremonti and Dave Grissom. Paul Reed Smith himself has become a legend amongst the guitar community. His never-ending quest to improve the tonal quality of his instruments is an inspiration and his designs and concepts have had a huge impact on modern guitar manufacturing. The PRS lineup features the Core-Line Maryland, USA built instruments which are the guitars that have put the company on the map. Particularly the Custom 24 and Custom 22 models. Stunning figured timbers, impeccable build quality, perfect intonation and incredible sustain are just some of the features you can expect from each guitar.

For those that are looking for something a little more upmarket, the PRS Wood Library offers the finest quality, sustainable timbers in a variety of combinations resulting in Limited Edition production runs and the PRS Private Stock build programme allows the end user to have a unique, one-off instrument designed to their specifications and built by the finest Master Luthiers in the world. Also built in the USA are the S2 and CE models, which utilise the same great build quality on a factory-line built instrument, without the highly figured timbers seen on the Core-Line instruments.

Here at GAK, we are proud to house one of the largest stocks of PRS guitars and amplifiers in the UK and we are also the largest Wood Library dealer in Europe! If you have any inquiries regarding PRS products, please don't hesitate in contacting one of our on-site specialists by calling 01273 665 400.
