The Boss GKC-DA Guitar Synth Converter is a rugged, road-ready device that allows you to connect your guitar to earlier Boss guitar synths using a GK-5 or GK-5B pickup.

With the Boss GKC-DA Guitar Synth Converter, you can connect your GK-5 or GK-5B-equipped electric guitar or bass guitar to 13-pin GK guitar synths such as the SY-1000 and GP-10. This lets you harness the enhanced performance of these cutting-edge pickups whilst exploring the sounds of classic Boss guitar synths that have an analogue 13-pin input. The Boss GKC-DA Guitar Synth Converter features a robust metal design that ensures long-term, reliable use and a separate instrument input that gives you the option to blend in the sound of your instrument’s traditional pickups.

Please note: In addition to the Boss GKC-DA Guitar Synth Converter, you need a BKG series cable such as the BKG-15 or the BKG-30. This is so you can connect your Serial GK output to the GK input on the GKD-DA. You also need a 13-pin cable such as the Roland GKC-10 to connect the GKC-DA to the analogue input on an earlier Boss guitar synth.
