The Aurelius is far from an ordinary chorus pedal. Featuring three distinct modes - Vibrato, Chorus, and Rotary - you can effortlessly craft your chorus sound by adjusting the Width, Rate, and Balance parameters. Seamlessly transition between modes to create a unique blend that is unmistakably yours. With six programmable presets that allow you to instantly recall your settings, your ultimate favourite chorus tones are just a tap of the Preset switch away.
Capturing the Magic of Vintage Chorus Effects
Paying homage to the timeless tones of the 1970s CE-1 Chorus Ensemble and the 1940s Leslie speaker, the Aurelius perfectly captures the essence of these sought-after effects. EQD went the extra mile to emulate the Leslie rotary speaker sound, from the rotating baffle system to the characteristic phasing and low-frequency oscillator speeds. In addition, EQD have exaggerated these qualities, allowing you to push them further for exciting, extreme tones.
Expression Control for On-the-Fly Adjustments
By popular demand, the Aurelius includes an expression control feature, allowing you to use any TRS expression pedal to manipulate the Width, Rate, or Balance parameters without interrupting your playing. Using the EQD Aurelius’ expression pedal functionality, you can make on-the-fly tweaks whilst keeping your hands on your instrument.

- - V: traditional chorus/vibrat- effect with triangle LF- modulating a short delay line
- - C: a blend of chorus and flanger with more warmth and slower rates and a sine wave LFO
- - R: Rotary Chorus effect modelled after the sound of a Leslie speaker cabinet - combines both amplitude and frequency modulation for a doppler effect

- - Live Mode: Green LED - pedal will operate exactly where the controls are set, any changes will have n- effect on the presets unless saved
- - Preset Mode: red LED - recalls stored settings for each control, actual control settings will be ignored
