Fender Acoustasonic

Get the best of both worlds with Fender’s Acoustasonic range - these are hollow-bodied models available in the classic Fender Telecaster, Stratocaster and Jazzmaster designs that combine the playability of electric guitars with the traditional, resonant sound of acoustic guitars.

Fender’s innovative Acoustasonic range has many features that were designed specifically for this range, with the high-quality and reliability you expect from Fender.

They are available in iconic Telecaster, Stratocaster, and Jazzmaster shapes, with premium exotic wood editions available for the Tele and Strat, such as Black/White Limba, Ziricote and Cocobolo.

All models come with a Deluxe Gig Bag, aside from the Exotic Wood editions, which come with a Hardshell Case.

Hollow Body and Patented Soundhole

The hollow body greatly improves the acoustic aspect of the guitar as this body style is naturally resonant and improves projection, and the patented Stringed Instrument Resonance System (SIRS) soundhole which has a ‘waterfall’ design, creating a naturally loud voice and vibrant harmonics.

A New Range of Acoustic and Electric Voices

The versatile acoustic engine designed by Fender and Fishman provides a total of 10 voicings, with acoustic voicings, an acoustic-electric blend, and electric voicings, and the Mod knob lets you blend two voices together.

Three Pickup Systems

Fishman under-saddle piezo which greatly enhances the acoustic sound, a body-sending pickup which brings out the natural resonance and harmonic frequencies of the wood, and a Fender Acoustasonic Noiseless Magnetic pickup, which is designed for the electric voicings and provides a hum-free tone.

Mahogany ‘Deep C’ Shape Neck

This offers the comfort and familiarity of playing an electric guitar while the mahogany neck and ebony fretboard bring extra warmth to your acoustic sound.

To make the most of the acoustic voicings, the Acoustasonic is best when it’s played through an acoustic amp or PA, or a preamp straight into a recording device. Use a Fender ABY footswitch so you can easily switch from acoustic amp to electric amp at the touch of a button, ensuring you get the best sounds from both acoustic and electric voicings with little effort.

The Fender Acoustasonic is great for modern musicians who demand more from their guitar, where you’re playing live, in the studio, playing different styles of music, if you want to quickly change between acoustic and electric tones, and if you’re a gigging musician who wants to carry two guitars in one.

Partner your Acoustasonic with the Fender Acoustic Junior Amplifier range, which are specifically designed to be used with acoustic guitars and will perfectly show the quality of the electronics within the Acoustasonic.

Pair your Acoustasonic with the Fender Acoustic Preverb Preamp/Reverb Pedal which not only complements the tone, it also enhances it further with beautiful reverb, specifically designed for Acoustic Guitars.
