The Friedman Smallbox, a 50 Watt Head designed for classic rock tones, combined with a little modern high-gain flavour.
Featuring two channels,The Smallbox is easy to dial in incredible tones. The first channel giving you those classic plexi tones that clean up beautifully by simply rolling back your guitars volume knob. It goes from sparkling clean to crunch to that full-blown plexi roar! The second channel is pure signature Friedman high-gain!
Like all Friedman amps, the Smallbox is built to take pedals and loves boosts, overdrives, phasers, flangers, tremolos and wahs, while the ultra-transparent FX loop handles the non-gain side of things beautifully. The Smallbox is handcrafted in the USA and is finished in a beautiful Tolex, encasing tongue and groove Baltic Birch construction and built to withstand the rigours of the road.
The Friedman Small Box delivers a full 50w and all of these remarkable features at a more manageable level than it's BE-100 bigger sibling.
