Awesome factory Hot-Rodded Strat! Taking a '65 as the foundation this has been tricked out by the Custom Shop with a whole host of extras. So starting off we have a two-piece extra-light Alder body with a nice, shiny NOS 'new old stock' gloss Vintage White nitrocellulose lacquer finish. The back of the body has the custom contour on the neck join to make it easier to access the upper frets. The bridge is a surface mount Floyd Rose Original.
The neck has a lightly tinted nitro finish too (satin on the back of the neck, gloss on the round-lam fingerboard) and is relatively slim & speedy in profile with a mid 60's oval 'C' backshape measuring 0.79" thick at the first fret and thickening out to 0.93" at the 12th fret. It is a breeze to play too with 22 true jumbo 6100 frets and a 9.5" to 12" compound radius fingerboard- a feature only usually found on Masterbuilt instruments! The nut is a 1.65" Floyd Rose locking nut and the tuners are vintage.
The electrics are tricked out too! The pickups are custom order Seymour Duncans without the logos printed on them. There's a Pearly Gates in the bridge and Classic Stack Plus & Vintage Hot Classic Stack Plus in the middle and neck positions. The modern 5-way switching splits the bridge humbucker on position two. Includes an 'amp logo' black tolex case.
