Gibson USA Limited 2015 Les Paul Traditional Sprint Run, Heritage Cherry Sunburst Overview
Initially introduced as a bridge between the last of the 2015 Spec Les Pauls and the 2016 range, the Gibson USA Limited 2015 Les Paul Traditional Sprint Run combines some of the modern features of the 2015 range with more traditional appointments. The nut width is reduced down to a more traditional 1.69" and the tuners are replaced with Grover locking keystone heads. The body is non-weight relieved and the neck is a chunky 50's style carve. A flame Maple top, Mahogany back and neck and a Rosewood fretboard make up the construction of this fantastically playable guitar.
Some of the retained features from the 2015 range are the cryogenically treated adjustable Zero-fret nut which offers better sustain and intonation, thicker Rosewood fretboard, screw-less removable pickguard and the Les Paul 100 headstock logo. Pickups come in the form of 2 x 1959 Tribute Humbuckers with vintage wiring.
