The Marshall Astoria Custom Head is an incredible 30W hand wired amp from Marshall that has retro looks, classic tones and modern functions. Its single channel goodness comes from its ECC83 (12AX7) preamp, GZ34 rectification, and KT66 output stage, which is cathode biased, producing no negative feedback for true vintage tone. Marshall have added modern features as well, including a footswitchable valve driven FX Loop, tone shaping pull switches and footswitchable gain boost.
