The ROSS Fuzz encapsulates the elusive distortion sounds from sought-after Kustom amplifiers, crafted by the legendary Bud Ross. While the ROSS pedals of the past might not have featured this fuzz, its essence is deeply rooted in the annals of vintage amplifier tones. Recognise the edgy, signature sounds from tracks like “Run Through the Jungle” or “Fortunate Son”? They were carved out using a Kustom amp’s distortion, the very DNA from which the ROSS Fuzz is drawn.

Straying from the often-trodden paths of popular Fuzz Face, Tone Bender, or Big Muff topologies, the ROSS Fuzz offers a refreshingly unique sonic character that’s all its own.

Simple and Straightforward Controls

Tweaking the ROSS Electronics Fuzz is quick and intuitive thanks to its straightforward two-knob design. The “Level” knob controls the output level while the “Fuzz” dial lets you traverse the spectrum of fuzz intensity. For added versatility, a side push switch dances between the Vintage and Modern modes.

The Modern mode adds richer bass and additional gain, resulting in a fuller, resonant fuzz tone. As with other ROSS Electronics pedals, the footswitch features comfortable soft-touch bypass switching, with an LED to confirm the pedal’s active status.
